Quotes and orders

Nothing on this website is a quote, offer or price. A quote is only valid when we issue it to you in writing, and it is based on the plans and information you give us. Quotes may change if the plans, engineering or site details change. Orders are subject to our terms of trade, which we provide with your quote or trade account.

Quote turnaround times on this site are typical, not guaranteed.

Plans and files you send us

When you upload or send plans, you confirm you have the right to share them with us for the purpose of quoting and supplying your job. We use them only for that purpose and handle them in line with our privacy policy.

3D models and layouts

Where we provide a 3D model or layout once a job is approved, it is a visual guide to help check and install the job. The approved engineering drawings and our manufacturing and installation documents take priority over the model.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics and our logo, belongs to LL Frame and Truss or its licensors. You may view and print it for your own use, but you may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Product names such as Pryda, SpeedTruss, FastFix, ALPHAFLOOR, Hebel, Scyon and Secura belong to their owners.
